With multi-state continuity across NY, FL, and TX and availability until midnight ET, we provide high-trust medical supervision when you need it most.
Practice Policies &
Operational Standards
Operational Model & Billing
Ibn Sina Physicians operates as a cash-pay practice during Phase 1. We do not currently bill insurance providers. All scheduling, secure clinical messaging, and billing are managed through the DrChrono EHR portal for your privacy and convenience.
Appointments & Reservations
Transparency is central to our practice. Payment is collected at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment. This ensures physician time is dedicated to your care and allows us to maintain extended evening and weekend availability.
Clinical Communication
Secure messaging is intended for non-urgent follow-up questions only. Our turnaround time for non-urgent responses is typically within 48 hours. Please note that messaging is not unlimited and cannot replace formal consultations.
Documentation & Forms
For patient safety and medical accuracy, all administrative forms—including school, work, disability, and FMLA documentation—require a synchronous telehealth visit. Services are provided based on clinical appropriateness and telehealth suitability.
